Our retained search option offers complete, full-service search with a dedicated project team assigned to your search until it is completed. Our retained search option is used at all levels where there is a critical need which must be filled in a short period of time.
Contingency search may be used for ongoing openings which are urgent in nature, but where you do not want to invest upfront money to pay off our service. Contingency Search is a "pay for performance" alternative. If we do not produce the candidate you hire, then we do not get paid. It is a zero risk alternative / supplement to your own staffing efforts.
This service provides you pricing flexibility for when you have multiple positions you are recruiting for with very similar requirements. For example, you may be starting up a new distribution facility, building a new sales or engineering team, or building a new strategic sourcing team. This service allows us to be flexible with our pricing depending upon the number of positions to fill because the positions are similar in responsibilities and location.
This service is ideal when you are working with a specific budget and need to control your recruiting costs. We would recommend a flat fee arrangement for the search. Within reason, we have the flexibility to work with you.
If you have needs that do not require permanent placement and are in a more project oriented or a "test drive" situation, we do have candidates across all disciplines that would be interested in Contract employment.
